Hello! I'm Aoife, I'm originally from Galway and I live in Terenure, Dublin. I specialise in taking fun pictures of families and children, either at home or at outdoor locations. I also specialise in relaxed and informal baby photoshoots at home.  This is why I love what i do. 

I am a very proud mum to three gorgeous kiddos, who along with my supportive husband Mark, helped me kick start my photography journey. I spent a lot of my earlier years in the corporate world where I built a successful career. But something was missing and I decided to change my path and focus on my passion....photography! I left behind my long term career and experience, and spent some time learning my photography craft at Griffith College. It was not long before I realised that this is is what I wanted to do with my life. 

My passion lies in lifestyle photography because these images are rich with meaning, storytelling, and emotional connection. Lifestyle photography often captures unposed, spontaneous moments that reflect the true essence of families. I enjoy photographing families as they play and laugh together, creating memories in comfortable and relaxed settings that hold significance for them, such as their home or favourite park.

The goal is not to achieve stiff, posed shots with everyone looking at the camera, but rather to authentically document the unique dynamics of your family. I adopt a documentary approach to photography, primarily utilizing natural light to create warm and inviting images. I cherish those simple interactions between mothers, fathers, and their children that convey genuine joy, happiness, and love.
