St Pius Communion Photography 2026
17th & 24th May 2026
I am excited to announce that I will be photographing outdoor communion sessions for St Pius in May 2026. I will be stationed on the green area either opposite or behind the Church. Exact location will be confirmed prior to the day via WhatsApp, but will be within walking distance of the Church. Each slot will be 15 minutes long.
Special Offer:
The package cost is €100 per family. This includes 5 high-resolution digital photos that you can cherish and share with your loved ones.
How It Works:
Reserve your time slot today, full payment is due in the week prior to the Communion. Please let me know a few key details in the booking form including the number of people who will attend the photoshoot. Grandparents are welcome to join the photoshoot, but for larger groups (i.e. extended family) please check in with me first. Please be on time for your slot.
What If It Rains:
In the event of light rain or occasional showers we will go ahead. I will pick a spot that has shelter from the rain. In the event of heavy rainfall or inclement weather the photoshoot will not occur, and no payment will be taken. Rescheduling may be possible but only if I am available.
After The Photoshoot:
After the photoshoot, you will receive a private gallery 1 to 2 weeks later where you can conveniently select your 5 images. It's simple, seamless, and designed to ensure that you have beautiful memories to treasure for years to come. You may decide to purchase the rest of your gallery by buying additional images. You may also wish to order photo products and you can speak with me regarding the best choices for you and what best suits gifts for grandparents etc. Framed products are available for purchase and will be priced bespoke to your order.

Terms & Conditions
Please read the following sections carefully
1. Payment Terms The full session balance is due 5 days prior to your scheduled shoot date. This ensures your date is secured and allows time to monitor weather conditions for outdoor sessions.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the appointment, fails to attend, or otherwise breaches this agreement, all monies paid are non-refundable and will be retained by Aoife Elizabeth Photography.
Mini Sessions: Please note that due to the time-sensitive nature of Mini Sessions, these appointments cannot be rescheduled by the Client.
Weather/Photographer Rescheduling: If Aoife Elizabeth Photography must reschedule due to inclement weather, illness, or emergency, a new date may be agreed upon. In these instances, payments will be transferred to the new date as agreed, but a refund may also be requested.
3. Creative License & Editing Aoife Elizabeth Photography retains sole creative discretion over the selection and editing of images.
No RAW Files: The Client understands that unedited or RAW files are not available for purchase or viewing, as they do not represent the finished quality of the Photographer’s work.
Editing Style: Images will be edited for exposure, colour correction, and signature style. Extensive retouching (e.g., body shaping, heavy skin smoothing) is not included. Basic editing covers minor temporary blemishes (e.g., cuts, bruises, pimples).
4. Safety & Indemnity The Client agrees that they participate in the session voluntarily and assumes all risks. While Aoife Elizabeth Photography takes every safety precaution, the Photographer is released from liability for any injury or accident during the session. The Client reserves the right to refuse any pose or location they feel is unsafe.
5. Copyright & Usage Copyright of all images remains with Aoife Elizabeth Photography.
Personal Use: The Client is granted a license for personal use only (e.g., printing for home, sharing on personal social media).
Commercial Use: The Client may not sell, publish, or use images for commercial gain without prior written permission from the Photographer.
6. Printing Aoife Elizabeth Photography cannot guarantee the quality, colour accuracy, or cropping of prints ordered through third-party or consumer labs (e.g., Photobox, Boots, Harvey Norman). For guaranteed quality, it is recommended that prints be ordered directly through the Photographer’s professional lab.
7. Limit of Liability In the unlikely event that Aoife Elizabeth Photography cannot perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or other causes beyond control, every effort will be made to reschedule. The Photographer is not liable for any third-party costs incurred by the Client (e.g., hair and makeup bookings) resulting from a rescheduled session.
